By accessing or using the endvr mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
endvr provides a platform for home bakers and small bakery businesses to manage orders, products, and payments. The Service includes a mobile application and web-based tools for business management.
endvr offers auto-renewable subscription plans to access premium features:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or payment method on file at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by endvr, co and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, endvr, co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
